Spellbinder (my latest game) has just entered the final testing phase.
So keep an eye for its release soon!


From this day forward, I will ONLY be posting my scripts here.

I am doing this to cut down of the number of places I have to post new scripts/updates as well as centralize support for my scripts so users can get all of their Wij-script answers in one place.

– Fixed hookshot detection glitch
– Fixed 2nd button when using non-equippable hookshots

Debug Tools:
– Fixed default debug scene to work with larger screen
– Fixed float/integer/text converter in F9 variable input
– Several minor cosmetic changes
– Fixed restart battle bug

Dual Wield Complete:
– Reworked script to allow dual wielding of weapons OR shields (or 1 of each)

This script allows the player to use a hookshot similar to Zelda.


  • drag event to player
  • pull player to event
  • activate event (including remote events across water/lava)
  • push event one tile
  • push event until the event hits an impassable tile/event
  • uses simple (& customizable) event name tags
  • multiple hookshots
  • uses items to determine which hookshot to use
  • different graphics for each hookshot
  • different ranges for each hookshot
  • different abilities for each hookshot
  • hookshots can be disabled
  • definable button to activate hookshot
  • definable sound effect for hookshot
  • hookshot works over water/lava
