will you help me with my problem with BigEd781’s “Add a continue option to the game menu”?
my problem is when i changed the line: “WindowPosition = 1″ into:” WindowPosition = -1″, the game end option didn’t work (it will just play its sound effects) how will i fix this?
Hey, i like the feel of this site and all but i have a suggestion. you should put a little info next to each of the scripts links describing what they are like on rpgmakervx.net, because the only way here to figure out what they are is to either A: Search rpgmakervx for a long time or B: Download and figure out yourself and still be mostly clueless.
Also, i had a problem with R.I.B.S. I installed this script first and then added a custom menu (Mog/sel)
the battle system worked fine for a while then i got an error concerning Window_Base line:22 “cannot convert false into integer”. I didnt change a thing, but the error occurs when user selects Item or Skill from the battle menu. I have uninstalled ribs and am now going to reinstall it to check if that works.

As far as R.I.B.S. goes, I’m aware of all the problems/compatibility issues/etc. and I am working on an update. (which will also inlcude some new features!) So, please be patient.
love your scripts! have a question about pets….is there a way to call your pet from the menu? im new at this and i wanna use your pet script. plz help.
There’s no need to call it from the menu, as the pet is not in your party. The pet is in addition to party members.
All you have to do is setup the options and add the pet to the party. It’s that simple.
Hey I had a quick question that you could perhaps help me with. I’ve been writing/modifying scripts for my new game and I’m having a terrible time with one thing. I need to be able to specify an x,y coordinate and task an event to move there. I don’t need some complex AI or pathfinding system I just want to specify x,y and event moves to that location. Can you maybe help me with this? I’m trying to write most of the special features of my game on my own but I’m at a loss on this one.
Most of the pathfinding scripts I can find don’t work right (ie. you can only tell one event to move to a specific location once “by modern algebra” or you have to spawn the event and give it directions in the actual script) or it’s way too complicated for what I need. If you can help I’d sure appreciate it; just email me or reply here and I’ll get it.
Hi Originalwij i played your demo of Spellbinder and noticed the menu moving when you opened it and the scale & resize option , so i was wondering if you’re planning on sharing them with us?
Hey Wij! It’s Phil, I havn’t talked to ya in a while. I’m looking for two scripts and I’d like to know if you could make them.
One would be a chase player script that uses pathfinding. Basically if the NPC sees you it runs to where you are through path finding. I’ve never seen anything like this as of yet.
The other script would be moving platforms that you can get on and ride.
If you can’t make them that’s fine I just thought I’d give ya a shot.

So far these are all for VX. Ive written quite a few for Ace, but have not released them yet.
